Its location is stunning and incredible, near the stores, Rocky Mountain park, and many restaurants and entertainment. The building is nice and the rooms are well decorated and well-kept.

The hotel was beautifully remodeled, with spacious common areas and a friendly atmosphere. The cleanliness and accessibility of the lobby and game room were also perfect for me.
More comfortable seating in lounge areas would help.

The staff was very friendly, the food was ok as most places in area close at 8:00p.m during off season but overall very good location and only 5 minutes driving distance from downtown Estes Park Colorado.

Great Amenities and Fun Activities!
The pool area was a hit with fun party lights and a big screen, made it easy to relax while the kids enjoyed swimming. The friendly front desk staff, and the free Starbucks coffee was a good touch! The only downside was that some of the common areas could have stayed open a bit longer for late-night enjoyment.

The location was good in terms of reaching everything we wanted to visit. We also spotted a herd of elk from the parking lot, which was very cool and unexpected. What we appreciated most was that the hoteliers gave us one more hour after their late check-in so that I could get my hair/makeup done before our wedding. Unfortunately, we were pretty nerve-wracked as to whether they would allow the extra hour or not because they wouldn't say so over the phone... In the end, we asked the front desk in person upon arrival and they agreed to extend the late check-out (which is at noon) to 1 o'clock. I just wondered why they couldn't just agree on the phone though to save us some anxiety on our big day??
We got a room next to the indoor pool, and I don't know if it was that or all the rooms, but the air felt recycled, humid and stuffy. Still, it wasn't so bad that it affected our stay. We just got used to it and enjoyed the nice beds. The place was clean and provided what we needed.
